ET confirms that Dixie Chick Emily Robison has divorced her husband, singer Charlie Robison, after nine years of marriage.

A rep for the Dixie Chicks banjo player said the divorce was final. "They remain the best of friends and their family is obviously the priority." The couple married in 1999 and have three children together.

The Jonas Brothers were in New York today to spread the word about an issue close to their hearts: diabetes.

Nick, the youngest Jonas, was recently diagnosed with the disease and wants to inspire young people everywhere to better manage their health.

Helping the cause -- the entire Jonas clan is there to spread the word! His brothers, mom and dad were all on hand for the event, where they where handed over a check for the Change for the Children foundation!

The Jackson 5 -- Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, Marlon and, of course, Michael Jackson -- will be getting props in the form of an "Icon" lifetime achievement award at the BMI Urban Awards, Reuters reports.

The brotherly super-group, which took the '70s pop music scene by storm with hits like "ABC" and "I Want You Back," will not perform at the September 4 show, and Michael hasn't yet RSVP'd to appear, says Reuters.

Sean “P. Diddy” Combs was spotted in L.A. for the first time since he was rushed out of a club over the weekend in Atlanta after gunfire reportedly broke out during a party thrown by Janet Jackson’s boyfriend Jermaine Dupri.

Music power couple Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony were spotted dressed to the nines at Foxtails nightclub in West Hollywood. 

Sources tell ET that rapper mogul Sean "P.Diddy" Combs was rushed by his bodyguard out of club Dream in Atlanta last night after an alleged incident broke out. We’re told that the incident happened at an after-party thrown by Janet Jackson’s boyfriend, Jermaine Dupri, at the club. People.com reports gunfire broke out about 3:30 a.m. and a security guard was injured.

When contacted by ET, Diddy’s spokesperson told us: "We are not issuing any statement as Sean was not involved in the incident. He was one of several celebrity guests in attendance at this party."

Other stars at the club that night included Usher, Gabrielle Union and Nia Long.

ET confirms that Cher has put her Malibu mansion up for sale for a whopping $45 million.

The palatial 1.7 acre estate is set on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The 14,000-square-foot, three-story home features six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a theater, a gym, multiple verandas, a tennis court and a pool. There's also a guest house.

Architectural Digest displayed the home in 2002. At the time, it was decorated with English Gothic Revival antiques. She later put the items up for auction and gave the proceeds to charity.

"I went in to the doctor -- my lifelong pediatrician," explains Nick of his life-changing news. "She heard my symptoms and had this look on her face and just said, 'Okay, we're going to need to test your blood sugar.' And I was like, 'Huh, which finger, you know? Because I play guitar, so I'm going to make sure I don't do these things that are going to hurt me.' And she's like, 'It doesn't matter.'"
