New from Jessica Simpson is a memorable fragrance that captures the essence of the pop star/actress' girl-next-door personality -- and ET has a sneak peek at the ad.

"With Fancy, I wanted to create a pretty fragrance, one that I could be just as comfortable wearing on the red carpet or every day with my favorite jeans," Jessica says. "This is a special fragrance -- personal, whimsical, playful and romantic. To me, Fancy is just that: Fancy."

The fragrance, which Jessica created with perfumer Alexis Dadier of Mane Paris, is fresh, flirtatious, floral and the color of blush champagne, a soft pink.

Hollywood legend Mr. Blackwell, the inventor of the worst-dressed list, has been hospitalized. The 86-year-old designer is reportedly seriously ill. He collapsed at his Los Angeles home on Tuesday and was taken to the hospital, where he is unconscious.

The initial diagnosis is that Mr. Blackwell, born Richard Sylvan Seltzer, is suffering from septic shock. Doctors consider his condition "stable," but have him in intensive care under constant watch. He is being treated with antibiotics.

Mr. Blackwell's partner of almost 60 years, R.L. Spencer, is at his side.

Eva Mendes' new commercial for the Calvin Klein perfume "Secret Obsession" has been deemed so risque that U.S. television networks won't air it, says New York's Daily News.

The uncut ad, which contains a peek-a-boo flash of Eva's nipple as she writhes around topless on a bed, will titillate only on TVs abroad. A sanitized version will run in America on cable, says the Daily News.

"We believe the commercial is exceptional and hits the mark for Secret Obsession," Calvin Klein president and COO Tom Murry said, adding that the network ban is "not entirely a surprise for the U.S. market."

Shirley MacLaine portrays Coco Chanel in a new miniseries for Lifetime, and the veteran star talks to ET about the famous French fashion designer's persona and late-career reinvention!
